About The Heritage School

'The Heritage School' is an English medium co-educational school and was established as 'The Doon Cultural Centre' in 1953 by Mr. John J. Sookias and Mrs. Maise Sookias. This great institute of learning is situated on New Road, Dehradun, in a large campus and with the most salubrious surroundings. Initially the school specialized in educating children from class L.K.G. to class VII. In 1982 with the sheer demand for good quality education, The Heritage School sought and received affiliation with the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination(ISC), New Delhi.
